Our Story

From a kitchen experiment to a beloved organic skincare brand.

Every great brand starts with a simple idea. For us, it was the realization that real, effective skincare shouldn't come with a list of unpronounceable chemicals. Our founder Varna began formulating products in her tiny Delhi kitchen, using recipes passed down through generations and ingredients sourced from local farmers. What started as gifts for friends and family soon became a movement.

2018
The Beginning — Varna starts making organic skincare products in her home kitchen for family and friends. The response is overwhelming, with everyone asking for more.
2019
First Pop-Up — VARNA'S ORGANIC debuts at a local organic market in New Delhi. All products sell out within the first three hours. We realize this is bigger than a hobby.
2020
Going Digital — We launch our online store. Despite the global challenges, the demand for natural, trustworthy skincare skyrockets. Our community grows to 5,000 customers.
2022
Expansion — We move into a dedicated production facility in Green Park, New Delhi. Our team grows to 15 passionate members. We introduce 30+ new products.
2024
10,000 Strong — We hit 10,000 happy customers across India. We partner with organic farms in Kerala, Rajasthan, and Uttarakhand for direct ingredient sourcing.
2026
Today & Beyond — We continue to innovate with new formulations, sustainable packaging, and a commitment to making organic skincare accessible to every Indian home.
