At VARNA'S ORGANIC, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our handcrafted products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@varnasorganic.in with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer (please provide your bank details).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
